1、Application Time
Applicants who will support themselves should post the required documents directly to the Foreign Affairs Office of Ili Teacher’s College before July 10th for the autumn programmed or January 10th for the spring programmed.
After being accepted, students will receive the Admission Notice and the visa application for foreigners wishing to study in China (Visa Clearance Form JW202). The “Visa Form” allows students to procure visas （X visa）from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their countries.
2、Application Materials
All the applicants should submit the following documents to the Foreign Affairs Office of Ili Teacher’s College:
a) Application form obtained from the Foreign Affairs Office of Ili Teacher’s College (a copy is allowed). Please make sure that the application form is completed fully.
b) The latest diploma/ certificate obtained
c) Medical report and health certificate (a copy is allowed)(After entering to our university, we need to do the health check again, the students nee to pay the fee by themselves)
d) Copy of passport and 8 passport size photographs
e) The photo copy of passport
f) If the applicants are under 18, we need the vouch signed by the cautioners’. (parents or relatives)
3、EnroLlment and Programmed Times
1. The autumn programmed students start in September and finish in July of the next year. Enrollment dates are from the 25th to the 31st of August. The applicants should hand in their application forms before Jul, 1st.
2. The spring programmed students start in February and finish in January of the next year. Enrollment dates are from the 25th to the 29th of February. The next applicants should hand in their application forms before Dec, 1st.
3. If the students want to keep study after a year’s here, the need to handle the same thing mentioned in Part Ⅴ.
