About ZUFE

Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (ZUFE) is a dynamic and creative university. It is situated in the capital of Zhejiang Province —— Hangzhou, which is well known for its history, culture and scenery.

ZUFE has been developing harmoniously with diverse disciplines such as economics, management, literature, law, science, engineering and art. It is a key provincial university, well-known for its unique features and advantages in economics-related disciplines. It ranks as one of the most preferred universities in Zhejiang and is regarded as one of the best finance & economics universities in China. It now has over 1,300 staff members and an enrollment of over 26,000 full-time undergraduate and graduate students.

ZUFE provides international students with degree programs and long-term or short-term quality Chinese language courses. ZUFE offers 45 bachelor degree programs and 38 master degree programs which are taught in Chinese, and all these programs are open to international students. At present, it has also set up some programs taught in English. They are: Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating on Accounting or Marketing; Bachelor of Economics concentrating on International Trade or Finance. Besides, it offers non-degree programs such as Chinese language training courses to international students with duration of one semester or above. Students who have finished one-year Chinese language training program, can further their study on Chinese language degree programs, the credits of the first year language course can be covered.

There are kinds of scholarships available to outstanding international students in our university. International students studying in ZUFE can apply for the scholarships offered by the Provincial Government or by our university.

We offer accommodation service to international students who would like to stay on the campus. The bedrooms are fully furnished with bath facilities, air conditioner, refrigerator, television, telephone and internet access.
