1. The applicant first fills out Application Form for BOFS Foreign Students, which is available both in BOFS International Department Office and on the school website.
2. The applicant must have a guardian appointed in China . The guardian should have a fixed working unit and a fixed address in Beijing .
3. The applicant is required to submit the following documents:
(Please prepare all photocopies in A4 paper. Most of the following original documents are for confirmation. Once confirmed, the documents will be returned immediately.)
1) The Application Form for BOFS Foreign Students with one photo on it;
2). The applicant's passport and 1 series of its photocopies, including passport information page, visa page, and residence permit page;.
3). 1 photocopy of the passports belonging to the student's parents;
4) The original copy of the physical document offered by foreign hospital, which qualifies the student to apply for the related credentials in the Chinese government.
5) The applicant's most recent diploma and 1 photocopy;
6) The transcript in the past 3 years offered by the former schools. Transcript should be in Chinese or English or Korean, and the school seals are required on transcripts.
7) The photocopies of the guardian's working certificate, identification card or passport.
8) .The notary document of the trust deed offered by the student's parents for the guardian.
9) The applicant's16 recent photos without hats, including 8 color of 1 inch size and 8 color f 2 inch size.
10) (Optional) The applicant's certificates and the related photocopies, like HSK certificates.
11) Application Fee: 400 RMB
Additional Information:
1) For the applicant who has been studying in China , the Chinese School Transferred Statement with the former school seal is needed.
2) For the applicant without Residence Permit in China , the permit should be dealt with within 30 days after entry. For the applicant above the age of 18 who has not got check-up within 10 days after entry, the school will take the applicant to the designated Beijing hospital to have the check-up. The applicant pays the check-up fees.
3 ） Registration and submitting fees should be handled on the required time. The applicant's status will be canceled if the above procedures are not finished within a week.
4) If the applicant withdraws from BOFS within the first 2 weeks of class, 50% of the initial fees will be returned. If a student withdraws after 30 days (including day 30), none of the fees will be returned.
