Remarks: 1. Full residence fee is required to be paid upon registration.
2. Residence charge is subject to the real days of students' stay. The
balance will be cleared upon check-out.
3. A damage deposit of 800 RMB is required to be paid upon registration.
International students may choose to live off-campus. IICLC will provide the students with house leasing information. After filing the paperwork, students can move in. The rent ranges from 1000RMB to 3800RMB for apartments of 50 square meters to 150 square meters. The miscellaneous fees of water, electricity, gas, and telephone bill are not included.
