School Profile

    The International Education School (IES) of Mudanjiang Normal University is established in June 2003. Since starting recruitment of foreign students in 1996, about 2000 international students from Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Japan, the United States, Germany, Holland, India and other countries, have come here to study Chinese year after year.

    Based on the long term Chinese teaching practice for foreign students, our teachers instruct students according to their aptitudes, focusing on their characteristics and skills. This instruction has significantly improved our students' abilities in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and other areas.

    Regarding Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, IES has established friendly cooperation with many foreign colleges or universities, including the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University of Russia, the Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service, the Kamchatka State University of Pedagogy of Russia, the University of Westminster of UK, the Brunel University of UK, the Northumbria University of UK, the Fuji Tokoha University of Japan, the Chongju University and Semyung University of South Korea, the Taylor's University College of Malaysia, the Genetic Computer School of Singapore, University of Central Arkansas of U.S.A. and other universities.
